Who can we send email to?
Anyone who has specifically signed up through our website, inputting their first name and email address, on the understanding they will receive relevant emails from Right Side Active.
Anyone who completed offline forms & indicated they wanted to be emailed by Right Side Active. Eg: By filling in a competition or survey form where it is clearly stated they will receive email as a direct result of entering or submitting information.
People who gave us their business card and requested, or gave verbal permission in response to a request by us, to receive email.
Who can't we send email to?
Lists or email addresses received from a third party. This includes any list bought or rented, received from a partner or membership organsation. In such an event, we will qualify the recipients using an alternative method of communication (telephone, direct mail or survey, for example).
Addresses collected or manually "copy & pasted" from the Internet. In such an event, we will qualify the recipients using an alternative method of communication (telephone, direct mail or survey, for example).
Addresses not emailed within the last 2 years. If a client or customer hasn't heard from us for more than 2 years, we will re-contact them using an alternative method (telephone, direct mail or survey, for example) to qualify them again.
